At the heart of these two intense days was the presentation of the continuation of our strategic plan, based on the four pillars guiding our development. Each of these pillars embodies a key dimension for the long-term success of SERIS Group, with innovative projects set to launch in the coming months. Collaboration, shared vision, and cross-functional work were highlighted, allowing each subsidiary to better understand and embrace the group’s global ambitions.
Inspiring Speeches and Prestigious Guests
These days were marked by particularly memorable speeches from inspiring personalities. We had the immense honor of welcoming Joan-Benjamin GABA, judoka and double Olympic medalist at the Paris 2024 Games. Joan-Benjamin shared with us his journey of excellence, discipline, and resilience, values that deeply resonate with those we uphold at SERIS Group. His testimony was a true source of motivation for our teams, emphasizing the importance of self-surpassing, both individually and collectively.
Another highlight of this seminar was the speech by Gérald NORMAND , who brilliantly presented and deepened SERIS Group’s core values. He emphasized the strength of our company culture, which is built on commitment, reliability, and innovation, while reminding us of the importance of maintaining strong cohesion among our teams to face future challenges.
